Beginners are always welcome. Please plan to arrive 30-45 minutes early, so you have time to practice with the equipment.
Parking is in the lot off West Street. We do have a loading zone close to the door. Pull up, unload and then go park your car.

Jelly Roll Rug Creative Day

Join us to make a jelly roll rug. We will share tips and techniques to keep your rug flat and finish in a day! Includes lunch, snacks and drinks! We have plenty of room to spread out and have ironing and cutting stations. Plan to bring your own machine, or reserve one for $10. Materials fee is discounted and includes Pattern, Sasher, Machine needle and Roll of precut batting. Additional rolls of batting will be available for sale at the discounted price of $22 for class attendees.
Bring a jelly roll of 40 strips 2-1/2" x 42" and 2 large spools of matching thread, white or gray. Please have 3 bobbins filled with the matching thread, and an extension table for your machine if you have one. A walking foot is also useful. Your sewing machine must sew a zig-zag stitch.
You will receive email instructions on preparing your jelly roll strips before the class.

Join us to get started with hand embroidery! Learn/practice 14 basic and advanced stitches while making a color wheel to display.
Individual instruction during Thursday Sip & Stitch or on a winter Saturday means you can show and we will have a kit ready for you to start stitching. Prepare to have fun.
Workshop includes pattern, thread collection and all supplies, including a German made wood frame suitable for display. You will also receive a free pass to a Thursday "Sip & Stitch" to work on other embroidery projects with the thread collection we start you off with.
